Kyle and Tiffany owners of KT Estates:
Friends and business partners, Kyle Durgan and Tiffany Belardino, collectively have over 40 years in the antique - reselling world.
Kyle's love of history and architecture led him into antiques. At an early age, he could be found in dusty attics, digging through abandoned barns, basements and crawl spaces searching for that one of a kind unique find. He has a passion for historical research. He has made many connections in the USA as well as internationally to help him find the answers and values to any antique/collectible/artwork/rare books/documents/furniture that may cross his path. Kyles valuation of goods is spot on and has been able to liquidate households and estates with a 99.99% return.
Tiffany comes from a corporate background. She is an award winning toy designer, graphic designer and artist. She has two Bachelor's degrees in Fine Art. One from Parsons School of Design with a major in graphic design/advertising and another from The Fashion Institute of Technology with a major in Toy Design. After spending many years in NYC working in the corporate world she has decided to follow her passion, her love of vintage fashion, art and antiques in the secondary market. She was the past president of The Vintage Fashion Guild for 4 years and has been on the board for over 10 years. Her fine tuned organization skills and knowledge of the resale market along with her bubbly personality keeps buyers coming back and following KT Estates sales.

We know that moving, down sizing or liquidating an estate of a friend or loved one can be a very stressful time. We will take all the burden away from you and run a fast, efficient, stress-free sale! We will treat you, your items and household with the utmost respect.

* We have an extremely knowledgeable, large staff with combined antique and liquidating experience of over 100 years.
* We do all the cleaning, organizing, photographing, research, online/offline advertising and pricing of your items.
* We will leave your home cleaner than when we arrived!
* We provide all tags, tables, table clothes, signs for the sale.
* We have on site security available.
* We also offer multiple selling formats to choose from. Such as, regular estate/moving sales, offsite sales, online sales.
* We will give you a complete pay-out within 4 days. Along with receipts and a break down of sales per day.
* We take all forms of payments except for checks. Accepting cash, all major credit and debit cards, Paypal, Cash App, Venmo as well as Google and Apple pay.
* We are fully insured!
* We can do total house clean outs.
